The Challenge

Most teams manage their brand across a patchwork of disconnected tools, identity guidelines buried in Google Drive, logos scattered across Figma files, colour palettes living in PDFs that nobody can find when they need them. Braandly saw this problem clearly and wanted to build a single workspace where everything brand-related could live, breathe, and evolve together.

The brief was ambitious: a full SaaS platform that would let teams create brand identities from scratch, store and organise assets in centralised libraries, define and share brand guidelines, and collaborate across departments, all without the friction of switching between half a dozen apps. They also needed third-party integrations with tools their target users already relied on daily.

Beyond the product itself, Braandly needed to build momentum before launch. The platform had to be compelling enough to drive early access signups and establish credibility in a competitive brand management space.

Our Approach

We started with extensive UI/UX design work in Figma, mapping out the full user journey from onboarding through daily use. The information architecture was critical, brand management touches everything from typography and colour systems to voice guidelines and asset metadata, so the workspace needed to feel intuitive rather than overwhelming.

On the engineering side, we built the platform with Next.js and React on the frontend, backed by Node.js and PostgreSQL. The core features include brand identity creation tools, a centralised asset library with tagging and search, team workspaces with granular roles and permissions, and "Brand Links", shareable pages that let external collaborators access specific brand resources without needing an account.

We also built integrations with Figma, Chrome, Slack, and Notion, recognising that a brand platform only works if it fits into existing workflows rather than replacing them. The AI-powered brand refinement tools help teams iterate on their identity elements with intelligent suggestions, reducing the back-and-forth that typically slows brand development down.

The Results

Braandly launched successfully with over 950 early access signups, validating strong market demand for a unified brand workspace. The platform now enables teams to manage their entire brand ecosystem from a single place, eliminating the fragmentation that comes from juggling multiple disconnected tools.

The integration layer has been particularly well-received. Teams can pull assets directly from Figma, share updates through Slack, and keep documentation in sync with Notion, making Braandly a natural hub rather than yet another tool competing for attention.
