1. Introduction

Welcome to Fovero Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at foverotechnologies.com and any services we provide, including web development, app development, UI/UX design, AI and automation, and software consultancy.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Fovero Technologies provides digital services including but not limited to website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI and automation solutions, and software consultancy. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by a separate project proposal or statement of work that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These project-specific documents form part of the overall agreement between you and Fovero Technologies.

4. Payment Terms

  • All pricing is outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon before work begins.
  • We use milestone-based payments. Payment schedules are specified in each project proposal.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work on a milestone has begun, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, you receive complete ownership of all custom code, design files, and assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as outlined in the project timeline.
  • Ensure that all materials you provide (text, images, logos) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Designate a primary point of contact for project communication.

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

Revisions within the agreed scope are included at no additional cost. Requests that fall outside the original scope will be discussed, scoped, and quoted separately before any additional work begins.

8. Post-Launch Support

Every project includes 1 year of post-launch support covering bug fixes, security updates, and performance monitoring. Additional maintenance and support beyond this period are available through separate maintenance agreements.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fovero Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or deliverables completed up to that point will be transferred to you upon payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
